Disputing Occupation: Israel's Borders and Settlements in International Law

What is international law and how does the history of Israel reflect it? Professor Eugene Kontorovich gives a clear explanation of which legal bodies have the power to influence the borders of countries, and more importantly, which do not. This fascinating video gives a different perspective on the boundaries of Israel. He puts the lie to the currently fashionable notion that the "1967 borders" have any legal or historical significance, and demonstrates that Israel does not "illegally occupy" the West Bank. In fact, it was Jordan which illegally occupied the West Bank prior to 1967.
